- the confirmation deposit, which is about a third of the overall price via bank transfer, will not be refunded in case of cancellation
- please note that we do not accept pets, nor debit or credit cards
The price includes:
- all costs, such as heating, electricity, and VAT
- bedlinen, towels and kitchen cloths (if you prefer to bring your own towels, we will give you a discount of 2.50% on the overall price for towels and kitchen cloths)
- final cleaning, provided the apartments are left in an orderly condition
