Teresa was the great-grandmother’s name of the current owner, who had bought the Mureda farm about 100 years ago. It used to be a many century old farm building with barn and hayloft, and has been renovated and enlarged several times over the years. In 2015 the house was finally completely refurbished – it now qualifies as “ClimateHouse B” according to South Tyrolean standards – and has become a modern and cosy guest house.
